ROOTED GEL IS A NEW WAY OF USING GEL TO REDUCE MICRO-VIBRATIONS INDUCED FROM THE GROUND, TO INCREASE COMFORT IN SADDLE AND PERFORMANCE OF THE CYCLIST.

This technology involves rooting the gel directly to the open cells of the main foam insert and thanks to a mechanical process, this application is carried out without using any chemical agents. The process consists of embedding the gel in the foam, allowing us to work with different foam thicknesses (to obtain different heights and offer different levels of protection) and position the gel closer to the cyclist's body, supporting main key pressure points and efficiently reducing micro vibrations. Thicknesses, dimensions and shapes are developed through 3D programs.
