OUR FABRICS ARE LAMINATED WITH A GOOD SELECTION OF FOAMS MADE IN EUROPE.
All our fabrics are laminated with polyurethane open cell foams or reticulated foams, of Italian origin and Italian production.
Berenis, thanks to its long-time partnership with the most important cycling brands, has fine-tuned a smart platform of selected foams.
All our foams offer the right dynamic and mechanical response to better answer to fatigue, to guarantee the right breathability, support, elasticity and life cycle.
DENSITY is the measurement of weight per volume and it’s expressed in kg/m3.
The bigger the dimension of the open cells, the lower the concentration in a m3, therefore, the lower the density.
Higher densities deliver greater support.
LIFT CAPACITY of a foam is the resistance to compression and it's expressed in kPa.
The higher the value, the higher the resistance to compression and the level of support provided.
